Add a small amount of chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl.
 Melt in 15 second intervals on high power until the chocolate 
runs off the spoon. Stir well between intervals.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Pour the chocolate into a candy mold OR directly onto parchment paper in amorphous shapes. Immerse your lollihop in the chocolate, making sure the base of the stick is fully covered.
Add any toppings you like: sea salt, crushed peppermint, sprinkles, nuts,
candies, drizzles of white or dark chocolate, or any other favorite!
Set aside and let cool for at least an hour. Expedite the
process by placing the tray in the freezer. Enjoy!
